Back by popular demand: the magnificent Allegra Christmas ham, prepared by chef Patrick Powell (formerly of Chiltern Firehouse) marinated in a mix of clove, star anise, all spice and black pepper before being slow cooked and glazed with maple, brown sugar, honey and mustard. Get ’em while they’re hot — these sold out last year and we expect that they will do again. The early bird catches the Christmas ham, as the old saying goes.
